- Rates apply to advance reservations only
- April 1st thru May 26th, May 30th thru June 10th, and September 5th thru October 30th,
rooms are priced for 2 persons. Extra persons charges will apply for additional persons.
- In peak season some rooms cannot
accommodate more than 5 persons. Extra persons will be $15.00 per night.
- Cots and cribs are $15 per night.
- A deposit of one days
rental is required to confirm reservations of 5 days or less, two days deposit for six days or more. Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers
checks or credit card
- No refunds for early departure.
- Deposit is refundable if notified 15 days prior to arrival date—subject to a 50%
handling fee.
- No refunds will be given on reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. Reservations cancelled prior to this time period are subject to a 50% service fee on ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS WHICH HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO A RESERVATION(S). This policy is strictly enforced.
- No refunds due to inclement weather.
- Misrepresentation voids reservation.
- All rates are per day in USD.
- Two night deposit required for apartment. Apartment subject to
cleaning fees. Please inquire.
